How Pet Waste Removal Works:

Free Quote & Sign Up
Use our instant quoting tool to determine if you are in our service area and receive a quote.
When ready to move forward, fill out the sign up form under the quotation. Payment method can be inserted at this time or via the account after creation.
After signing up you will be emailed account login details and a Terms of Service.
Agree to the Terms of Service.

Service Confirmation
Once you sign up, a team member contact you to finalize services.
Check your email for your account login information.
This portal will allow you to manage your service, change payment methods, inform us of access codes or special instructions, view invoices, payments and completed services.

Scheduling & Billing
Once service is confirmed with the customer, the payment method on file will be charged for the first month of service and any initial cleanup fees if needed.
Each subsequent month, an invoice will be provided and payment method automatically charged.

Service
On the day of service, our trained, vetted, and uniformed scoopers will send you a notification when they are on their way.
Upon arrival, scoopers will inspect the property and perform services. Once complete, the scoopers will deposit the waste in your trash can or an agreed upon area.
A notification will be sent that service is complete with a gate photo for peace of mind.
Scoopers then use kennel grade sanitizer to clean all tools and boots to protect your furry friends!
