Waste is double bagged and put in a client trash receptable, or in a designated area.

Yes! On the way & job complete notifications are available. Our staff also take gate photos, to verify that the gate has been secured shut. These can be sent to email, text, or in the client portal.
You can configure notifications during onboarding, by changing the settings in your client account, or by letting us know.
You can cancel your monthly plan at any time to prevent renewal.
All services remaining on current plan will be rendered accordingly through the end of the monthly service period.
Upon registering, we will assign a target day based on routes.

Staff safety is imperative to Poop Scoop Master. Our staff will contact you if they run into any issues.
Your payment method is collected during customer onboarding or via the customer portal after your account has been created.
Upon entering payment, the payment processor will place a temporary small hold ($1-3) to verify the card.
Our billing cycles are monthly.
Once your services are reviewed by the team and scheduled, your payment method will be charged for 1 month of service.
Each recurring month, an invoice will be generated with the registered services and charged to the payment method on file.
